Device training

Independent use of CF-MB devices is only permitted after training and booking. Our staff will be happy to provide training on how to use the devices.

Spatial Trancriptomics Analysen

A checklist must be completed before performing 10x Genomics spatial transcriptome analyses. This will be discussed in detail in the first project meeting.

Datamanagement

Depending on the technology and number of samples to be used, large data volumes can be generated > ask us before the experiment starts! Transfer of data to researchers via NextCloud (MugBox) or via MedGrazBioNode

Acknowledgements

We require acknowledgement of our facility use in publications. A simple statement is sufficient and can be placed in the Materials and Methods section or in the Acknowledgments section, depending on the journal format. Suggested format: The XXXXXX was performed by the Core Facility Molecular Biology at the Center for Medical Research at the Medical University of Graz, Austria.

We are an official service provider for 10x Genomics since 2024.
