We offer single cell as well as single nuclei RNA sequencing from different sample types and organisms. With the FLEX protocols you can fix samples in Paraformaldehyde, batch and run them on your own schedule! Also possible with FFPE samples.
Depending on sample size, type and RNA concentration we do have different kits available for library preparations. Preparations can be done manually or automated and you can choose between mRNA enrichment or rRNA depletion protocols.
