BioAnalyzer 2100 (Agilent)

The 2100 Bioanalyzer system is an electrophoresis solution for sample quality control of biomolecules. The system integrates an instrument, data processing software, reagents, and a microfluidic chip specific for DNA, RNA, or protein analysis. Suitable for next-generation sequencing, gene expression, biopharmaceutical, and genome editing workflows, it delivers analytical evaluations of various sample types.

Biomek i7 (Beckman)

The Biomek i7 is a flexible liquid handling workstation for laboratory automation increasing the walk-away time for a multitude of protocols. It has an integrated data management, auto-validation and automatic deck verification to simplify sample and data processing.

Chromium X (10x Genomics)

The Chromium Controller uses advanced microfluidics to perform single cell partitioning and barcoding in a matter of minutes. It enables integrated analysis of single cells at massive scale. The Chromium X Series instrument enables seamless scaling from pilot experiments through million-cell studies, and offers compatibility with an expanding range of Chromium Single Cell applications. This includes Single Cell Gene Expression Flex kits, which enable the most sensitive whole transcriptome profiling of fresh, frozen, and FFPE samples.

CytAssist (10x Genomics)

The Visium CytAssist is a benchtop instrument that enables the transfer of transcriptomic probes from standard glass slides to Visium slides, enabling spatial profiling insights from even more samples. Compatible with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E)- or immunofluorescence (IF)-stained tissue sections, CytAssist allows pre-sectioned tissues to be used for the Visium workflow. You can further maximize your Visium experiments by screening tissue sections using standard histological techniques to find biologically significant sections and then precisely align those sections within the Visium slide Capture Area using CytAssist.

Digital Droplet Generator (BioRad)

The QX200 droplet generator is used to complete the first step of the Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) workflow by partitioning ddPCR reaction mix into 20,000 nanoliter-sized droplets for up to 8 samples per run. The droplet generator is used with the QX200 droplet reader for EvaGreen or probe-based digital PCR applications.

MiSeq (Illumina)

The MiSeq is a benchtop sequencer that performs onboard cluster generation, amplification, sequencing and data analysis in a single run. The instrument supports single-end as well as paired-end sequence runs with read lengths from 1x50 to 2x300 base pairs. A single run can output up to 25M single reads and 50M paired reads. The MiSeq is an optimal solution for small sequencing projects like 16S microbiome studies and targeted custom amplicon sequencing projects. ,

nCounter GEN2 Prepstation (Nanostring)

The nCounter Prep station is the automated fluidic handling component of the GEN2 nCounter system and is used to purify ternary complexes obtained during hybridization, to remove un-hybridized probes, and to immobilize the complexes into the sample cartridge for subsequent image acquisition using a nCounter Digital Analyzer.

Nanostring nCounter is a digital read-out technology designed for multiplexed measurement of nucleic acids using fluorescent color-coded barcode probes. Up to 800 different targets can be multiplexed in a single reaction; pre-build as well as custom code-sets are available.

QiaSymphony (Qiagen)

The QIAsymphony SP performs fully automated purification of nucleic acids using magnetic-particle technology. Samples can be processed in batches of up to 24 samples. The instrument controls integrated components including a lysis station, 4-channel pipetting system, robotic gripper, and an array of magnetic rods. The QIASymphny SP can be used in combination with a variety of QIAsymphony kits to isolate nucleic acids from a wide range of samples.

Viaflow (Integra)

Integra Viaflo 96 in combination with the MAG Module allows the simplified magnetic bead purification of 96 samples at the same time.

Xenium (10x Genomics)

The state of the art single spatial imaging platform Xenium Analyzer from 10x Genomics is an end-to-end solution enabling scientists to visualize, quantify, and analyze gene expression and proteins in tissue sections, immobilized onto a Xenium slide. It allows high-throughput subcellular mapping of up to 5000 RNA targets alongside multiplexed protein in the same tissue section. The Xenium Analyzer fully automates and integrates sample handling, liquid handling, and wide-field epifluorescence imaging.

Blue Pippin

BluePippin is an automated gel electrophoresis system for DNA size selection. Depending on the agarose concentration of the used gel cassette size selection options between 100bp up to 50kb are provided. Depending on the selected method fragments with a range of size or all fragments above a base pair threshold can be selected.

CFX Touch and Opus Real-time PCR system for 96 and 384 well-format (BioRad)

The CFX Touch System is a powerful, precise, and flexible real-time PCR detection system. This six-channel (five colors and one FRET channel) real-time PCR instrument combines advanced optical technology with precise temperature control to deliver sensitive detection for singlexplex or multiplex reactions. Quickly set up runs and monitor amplification traces in real time on the integrated LCD touch screen, or use the included CFX Maestro Software to easily and intuitively design your experiment and analyze results from a connected computer.

CFX Opus is an upgraded version of the CFXTouch Cycler System.

Countess IIFL

The Countess® II FL Automated Cell Counter is a three-channel (brightfield and two optional fluorescence channels) benchtop assay platform with state-of-the-art optics and image analysis software to automate cell counting. This instrument allows researchers to analyze cells in suspension for a range of characteristics, including cell viability (live, dead, and total cell counts), cell cycle phase, apoptotic stage, and fluorescent protein expression. For a typical cell count, the Countess® II FL Automated Cell Counter takes less than 10 seconds per sample, using autofocusing to enable fast, accurate counts of cells in a population. The cell counting assay is compatible with a wide variety of eukaryotic cells-including clumpy samples -using the standard trypan blue exclusion method to determine cell viability in the brightfield channel.

Gentle OctoMACS

The gentleMACS Octo Dissociator with Heaters offers everything you need to reliably obtain viable single cells or intact nuclei from virtually any tissue. The innovative gentleMACS Technology enables standardized, gentle, and automated tissue dissociation or thorough homogenization, while still remaining adaptable to the tissue type. This benchtop instrument offers the possibility of temperature control, allowing you to heat and cool your samples during sample preparation. Additionally, up to eight samples can be processed either in parallel or sequentially, providing even more flexibility and opening up a wide range of possibilities for research.
