Computational Bioanalytics

The Core Facility Computational Bioanalytics offers advice and technical support for researchers in the fields of biostatistics and bioinformatics. The current focus is on the management and analysis of genomic and biological data in microbiome research, the identification of prognostic and diagnostic biomarkers and studies on the classification of genetic variants.
